This appointment is suitable for creating an order or retrying 1-2 gowns after your initial appointment. If you have not already booked an initial 60/90 minute appointment with us your retry appointment will be cancelled. Please make note of the gown you would love to retry in your booking form.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your appointment at The One, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
