If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! At The One we offer returns or exchanges on our tee's within 14 days of your purchase providing you return the product to us in perfect un-used, un-washed & sellable condition.
All items must be retuned in original packaging. Once items are returned you will be entitled to recieve a refund, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you are returning an item that was purchased with shipping we will refund the amount minus the cost to ship it to you.
You will be repsonsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Returns that are lost in the post are not the responsibility of The One so we recommend that you use a tracked service.
