If you are unhappy with your online purchase you can receive an exchange or refund within 14 days of reciept of your order.
The request for return must be in writing by email to info@theone.ie and the email must come from the email address used upon purchase.
On reciept of this we will notify you of the return address to where the item should be sent back. Shipping costs to return the item/s are your responsibilty and you should use a reputable tracked service. Returned gowns should be in original condition and in saleable condition.
Please note: Once you have notified us of your desire to return an item, it is a requirement that you to take good care of the item. Failure to do this may result in a refund not issued.
Following inspection of the item an email will be sent to you confirming reciept of return and a refund will be issued to the card used upon purchase.
There will be a 50 euro admin charge applied and this will be deducted from the refund price
You should expect to see the refund within 5 working days from reciept of the email however some banks may take longer, for which we are not responsible.
